Shipping information

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days ($8.00) (Free on orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($15.00)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($25.00
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (Rates calculated at checkout)

Shipping Policies

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations
  • P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted (Standard shipping only)
  • Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

  • Unworn/unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective
  • Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges
  • Defective or incorrect items can be returned at no cost

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item
  • This ensures faster processing and guarantees item availability
  • Free exchanges when it’s our mistake
  • No exchanges after 14 days
  • No exchanges on closeout items. All closeout sales are final

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log into your account to retrieve your order number if needed.
  2. Email us your name, order number, email address, and the reason for the return so we can start the process.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and reason for return
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label (a $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error)
  5. Package the item securely and attach the return label
  6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Return shipping fees ($8.00) are deducted from refunds unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact customer service within 48 hours
  • For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours
  • We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly
